FOUNDER OF SHUKRACHARYA REMEDY SYSTEM

Mr. Ashwani Agarwal is a technological maestro, Time Scientist and a societal benefactor on multiple fronts. With his pioneering initiatives, Mr Agarwal has championed risk-free, non-medication solutions, enhancing mental and physical well-being in India. Not content with technological prowess alone, he has dedicated himself to shaping the industry's future by annually educating and preparing over 1500+ engineers through his institute. Moreover, by organising 5000+ camps, he has imparted knowledge to a staggering one crore individuals, enlightening them about revolutionary technologies that can elevate health and lifestyle conditions.

HIS EARLY LIFE

Mr Ashwani Agarwal was born on February 24, 1960, in the vibrant city of Delhi. The foundations of his academic prowess were laid during his primary education in South Delhi. Later on, his passion towards electronics and communications led him to pursue Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications at the renowned Indian Institute of Technology in Bangalore. The rigorous curriculum at IISC Bangalore provided him with a solid foundation in the field, setting the stage for his future endeavours.

In 1982, he completed his engineering degree in Bangalore. However, instead of accepting job offers in Bangalore, he chose to relocate to Delhi upon realising that to contribute to the welfare of people, he needed to be in the capital city. Upon his move to Delhi, he actively sought employment and secured a position in a subsidiary of HCL. Opting for the job with the highest salary then, he joined the company. However, after working for approximately one and a half years, he discerned that he had limited professional growth in that environment. Consequently, he decided to resign from the position as he found himself unable to achieve substantial personal development or positively impact the welfare of people through that job.

BEGINNING Of HIS JOURNEY

Following his resignation in 1984, he embarked on an entrepreneural journey by establishing "Alfa Engineer and Consultant." His business primarily focused on comprehending and addressing rejections in Indian or imported machines by developing control systems. His methodology involved a thorough understanding of the issues, installation of sensors, and rectifying the problems within the machines. This initiative allowed him to start working for people in the industry, earning their satisfaction by saving them money that was otherwise difficult to conserve. Following this, he developed a revolutionary weight-based packing machine for a company that could pack the exact weight placed into it, marking it as the first of its kind in India.

HIS CONTRIBUTIONS AS AN INNOVATOR AND EDUCATOR

While steering his company and pioneering new technological advancements, he found himself increasingly sought after to deliver lectures at engineering colleges. As a lecturer, he transcended the boundaries of theoretical teaching and seamlessly integrated practical insights to educate students. This holistic approach aimed to equip students with a theoretical foundation and the ability to apply their engineering knowledge in real-world scenarios, effectively priming them for careers in the field.

THROUGH EMBEDDED SYSTEM TRAINING INSTITUTE

During this period, the cost of education soared, presenting a considerable barrier for aspiring engineers. At the time, industry training typically extended over a year, demanding a financial commitment of 2 to 3 lakh rupees per person. Undeterred, after years of academic pursuit, he took a bold step in 2001, establishing his own training institution, Embedded System Training Institute. Its primary objective was to mould engineers into industry-ready professionals.

VISION NATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY

His vision extended beyond conventional academic boundaries, educating both B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. students and entrepreneurs entrenched in the industry. These entrepreneurs faced challenges competing with Chinese products in the market and sought his expertise. In response to this industry need, he incorporated Embedded technology into the training curriculum at his institute. Having imbibed this knowledge during employee training, the entrepreneurs seamlessly applied it to their factories. The outcome was transformative armed with newfound skills, they successfully rivalled Chinese products, bolstering the standing of Indian products within the country.
